Your aura contains information about your thought process, your emotions, your spirit destiny and much more. The clearer and stronger your aura, the easier it is for you to traverse your life path. </p>
<p>Confusion, indecision and chronic fatigue are a clear indication that your aura has sustained damage. As is a tendency towards depression and frequent jags of crying. Another strong sign that you need to rebuild your aura energy is when people keep bumping into you bodily. Getting drained when you are with certain friends and colleagues occurs frequently when your aura is compromised. A damaged auric body is also a forerunner to physical complaints. </p>
<p>For most people the biggest cause of aura damage comes from being in a constant negative frame of mind. Stressful environments and difficult relationships are the most common culprits as anger, bitterness and ugly thoughts fill the aura with negative energy. Being a victim in any situation is also a no-no as hurt, pain and grief are big energy drainers too.</p>
<p>The best way to deal with this situation is to become aware of your thoughts and redirect them towards a more positive frame. Being in the open air and spending time with nature has a tonic effect, rapidly siphoning out the old, angry and dead energy while revitalizing and energizing you. Once you have shifted into a positive frame of mind it is a lot easier to ground your energies and build a strong defensive border against external negativity.</p>
<p>While a lot of people like to see their energy encased in bright white light, creating a deep maroon auric boundary is the ultimate defense when you are in a highly toxic environment, shielding your energy from damage. Calling upon your angels and guides to protect your energy and shield you is also a very popular method. A few more are mentioned below:<br />
1)	Have a salt water bath regularly.<br />
2)	If your night sleep is disturbed, put a bowl of salt next to your bed.<br />
3)	Clear your energy by burning white sage around you.<br />
4)	Essential oils like lime and sandalwood are great for cleansing and protecting your aura.<br />
5)	 Black tourmaline, a semi precious stone absorbs negativity from your energy field.</p>
<p>Once your aura energy is well shielded and clear, you can easily focus on building the energy in the chakras to vibrate at their highest frequency. Balanced chakras in a healthy aura allows for rapid spiritual growth and material prosperity. More importantly it brings equilibrium and peace into your relationships and day to day activities.</p>
<p>Irrespective of whether you are a businessperson, a manager, a student or a housewife, auric hygiene is a must and should be as much a part of your routine as your daily shower. The difference in your energy levels will be tangible as you feel energized, less prone to stress, looking younger and more active than before.</p>

The gentle, nurturing energy that is an integral part of her is evident in every aspect of her life, personal and professional. Being more sensitive to energies, women tend to me more intuitive than men as well.<br />
It is also a lot easier for a woman to express her aura through her clothes than it is for a man. A woman’s wardrobe is usually a gorgeous medley of colours. However each woman has a specific colour or group of colours that seem to define her personality. 			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>We work hard. We play hard. Iphones and tweets. A global village. Dissolution of all boundaries. Sometimes it is hard to comprehend how far we have come. And it is mind boggling to envision how much further we are going.</p>
<p>It is however inevitable that with all the technology and lifestyle changes, elevated stress levels is an unlooked for side effect. Over time and volume, it becomes the single largest factor that determines the quality of our life,</p>
<p>Fortunately, stress is something we can exert control over. Possibly the easiest and most effective way is through meditation. From simple breathing exercises to deep and intense soul journeys, meditation is the key to good mental and emotional health. It has of course, also been proved to be beneficial to people with problems such as hypertension, blood pressure, etc.</p>
<p>What is meditation? Nothing but being present in the moment and taking each day as it comes.</p>
<p>The most commonly asked questions are : Where do I start? What do I do? The easiest way to start on your own at home is through simple relaxation techniques. Below is an easy visualization you can do whenever you have a few minutes.</p>
<p>To begin with sit or lie down in a comfortable position</p>
<ul>
<li>Close your eyes</li>
<li>Relax and breathe deeply</li>
<li>Imagine a golden light entering the top of your head. Breathe in deeply and allow this light to fill you.</li>
<li>Shift your awareness to the center of your forehead and keeping your breathing deep and even, see the golden light entering this area.</li>
<li>Move your awareness to the center of your throat and keep it here for a while. See this areas getting filled with light.</li>
<li>Now move your attention to the centre of your chest and visualize light flowing into your heart centre. Breathe deeply and release all the stress and tension you have been carrying.</li>
<li>Now focus on your solar plexus and as you breathe out imagine that light is entering your solar plexus and energizing it.</li>
<li>Move your awareness four fingers below your naval and see this area being filled with light.</li>
<li>Finally bring your awareness to the tip of your spinal cord/tailbone and breathe deeply, filling you tailbone with golden light, energizing you and your entire spinal column.<br />
At the end of this meditation you will feel relaxed and peaceful.</li>
</ul>
<p>There are various types of meditation that I have devised over a period of time that have helped people suffering from different illnesses, including bi-polar disorder, ADD, ADHD, depression, suicidal tendencies, etc.</p>
