Chakra BalancingChakras are focal points of energy in our bodies. The most significant are the Seven Major Chakras located along the central line of your body, from the base of your spine to the crown of your head. Each chakra corresponds to an endocrine gland. For example, the heart chakra is connected to the thymus gland, the throat chakra to the thyroid and so on.

Each chakra also corresponds to specific thoughts and emotions within us. When these energy centers get blocked and sluggish, certain aspects of your life or physical body feel the same way. Chakras that are imbalanced or blocked make you feel disorientated, uncomfortable and ill.

Chakras can also spin too fast and become overactive, causing imbalances on various levels. In a balanced chakra system each psychic centre works at its optimum level so that you feel healthy and harmonious in all aspects of your life.

Using symbolic visualizations and guided meditations we help you resolve issues on the physical, mental and emotional level. This is because the meditation sessions at Holistic Studio are simple and effective and have been specifically designed to cleanse and balance the energy in your chakras, keeping in mind your individual requirements.

If you are seeking your truth and looking to grow further, chakra work provides you with a pathway through which you can open yourself to higher dimensions and deepen your consciousness while tuning in to higher and refined energies.
